Been in this townhouse for years. Have neighbors on both sides of me. Only time I would hear them is if they had a party, and that is rare. I have gatherings more than them. All done with in reasonable hours.
My other neighbor would play an instrument but wouldnt be more than an hour. Again, not a problem cause I play my stero music from time to time. Also with in reasonable hours. The walls are not thin. I can't hear talking or their tvs. But you can feel vibrations or very loud sounds.
This new neighbor though. He has young kids. Like under 5yrs if i had to guess. I hear them kids running in their bedrooms. The thumping. These kids are probably like 40lbs but sound like elephants stampeding. Im curious how this doesnt drive the father insane. I don't even know where these kids are running. Those rooms ain't that big.
