I absolutely hate when you have a team with some young promising talent and people start talking about trading for a superstar.

No way should the Bulls be even thinking about trading for a star. They have three promising young or youngish players (Buzelis, Giddey and White), as well another young player who you just drafted (Essengue). (Who looked good in the G-League highlights I saw this weekend.) Just continue to develop who you have and draft well. That is all you have to do. You can trade for a needed role player later, if need be. But trading for a superstar when you have this young core is dumb.

That said, it is kind of worrisome that they drafted Essengue over Derik Queen when Queen fell.

I was watching the game and i was watching until a little bit after that Duren dunk and I thought about Jarace and said man he don’t even matter forreal
