I like Kris Dunn but 33 minutes is way too much

Ty Lue been very suspect with his coaching to start the year

Pelicans game 9/82
Pelicans record 2-7

What I liked:

All hail the Queen- Derik Queen is ready. He is really giving me Boogie Cousins but a better defender on the perimeter. He's really good in PnR situations. He is a really good passer for his age. I could see him averaging 7-8 assists. There were a couple of times the Spurs sent double teams and he made the right read each time. I already know they are going to make him add a 3pt shot to his game in the off-season. The offense will really open up during his minutes. Great vision on the fast break as well.

Fears continues to impress. Not his best shooting night but he still puts pressure on the rim. Would like to see him Steve Nash the dribble under the basket instead of getting caught in the air. It's worked for him more times than not not when it's failed, it's resulted in a turnover at the worst times.

Herb Joooonnneesss who? Herb Joooonnneesss. He's shooting really good from 3 early on in the year. Hope he sustains this. Even added a step back to eliminate the long 2 and turn it into a 3.

What I didn't like:

Jordan Hawkins. Anytime he dribbles, bag things happen. If he's going to be on this roster, they have got to design plays where he's primarily in catch and shoot situations.

Bye Zion
