It’s a way better game than the first one and a certain portion of the fan base is/was mad at there being a black protagonist and Alan Wake not being in the game as much. They blamed the creative choices on DEI and other bullshit when these choices actually made the game better, imo.

Aight so since this post, I didn’t move on to Black directly from Soul Silver. I went to Platinum instead. I finished the post game in that. It was dope using monsters I got in Soul Silver in Platinum. I still haven’t decided which Pokédex I want to eventually fill up but I think it’s going to end up being the National Dex in Platinum. I found out you can’t transfer Pokemon from Soul Silver/Platinum to Black and then back to Soul Silver/Platinum. So I’ll figure somethin out since I still want to do shit in those games.

But yeah, I’m about to really get going with Pokemon Black.

Post game for Black is pretty much done so I’m starting Black 2 tomorrow. The journey continues.
 
Started Dead Island 2. It's pretty fun in short bursts but I don't really care for the story or dialogue.

Still playing Fallout 4 for the mods.

If not I’ll be playing granblue fantasy relink
 
I havent been able to get into FrostPunk 2 like I did the original. Havent had too much time to really get into it tho. I'll try again some other time
