Official Wrestling News Thread

PWInsiderElite.com has received a lot of questions about Liv Morgan. This is what we know:

*The expectation within WWE was that Morgan would hopefully return to the ring by the beginning of 2026. It is always possible she returns before that if she is ahead of schedule on her physical rehab after suffering the separated shoulder earlier this year, but we have not heard anything definitive. One would think WWE is going to do everything they can to hide when she would return to get a big moment out of it, so I expect the company to go well out of their way to get a big pop for her eventual return.

*We can attest from multiple sources the company is very excited about her being back in the mix when it happens. She is especially popular in Saudi Arabia so it stands to figure the company wants her ready for the Royal Rumble there.

*Morgan's alleged stalker Shawn Chan is slated to stand trial in Florida sometime next month but no official trial date has been listed on court records. The session for that court begins 11/1 so we'll likely know more around that time.

*Morgan's film Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo has an August 2026 release window according to IMDB, but that can easily change. I wouldn't put strong stock into that release date at this point

AJ Lee posted the following on Facebook explaining her disappearance from WWE TV

"On a book tour. Not injured, but I appreciate the concern. Also, thanks Becky Lynch for keeping the title warm for me. Momma will be back, soo

😒

Yesterday, a Facebook post attributed to WWE's AJ Lee circulated, claiming that she was off WWE programming due to a book tour.

In checking with both WWE sources and sources in the publishing world, there's no book tour.

The Facebook account and posting claiming to be AJ Lee is a fake.

As we discussed on the No Name Show yesterday, Andrade continues to be advertised for upcoming independent dates in both Maine and New York, but there is no word whether he will actually appear. He was advertised for WWC in Puerto Rico over the weekend but did not wrestle there.

As we noted, there is a belief in some lucha circles that WWE is trying to use the leverage of the potential one year no compete as a way to bring Andrade back into the fold. No one in WWE would confirm that to PWInsiderElite.com, but that is the story making the rounds in Mexico.
