I said what I said she has been doing that daily yall just haven't been paying attention to her until now cause of your algorithm. There's nothing she did in that piers interview she hasn't done or said before. Her rhetoric isn't up your anti Israel sentiment is.

And thats perfectly fine. Glad some of yall catching up but im disgusted its because of Charlie kirk.

Bruh, what are you talking about? I been in the Israel topic bashing them since they first started bombing Gaza.

Are you really on here bragging about following Candace like that's something to be proud of? lol Cmon Man.

Anyway, the Kirk memorial just goes to show that the Reps have no decency. They claimed to love Kirk, but they are basically cheering on Trump and his cronies while they use Kirk 's death as a political prop. That's crazy.

Nobody said you weren't tho. I was talking to someone else and you came in wanting to argue as usual. Somehow you're now offended when no one asked you anything.

Also I don't follow Candace owens. You can be aware of someone and they're rhetoric without following them. Thats like saying niggas in this thread were following Charlie kirk before he died because they were aware of all the foul shit he was saying.

No one's offended bro. You quoted my post and said "ya'll" not "him" which would have been inclusive of me. And I wasn't arguing, I just said hadn't seen anything from her this direct 2+ years ago.

Have a nice night.

Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth's purge of staffers who allegedly celebrated the death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk has reportedly come under heavy scrutiny.

The purge instituted by Hegseth after the activist's death earlier this month has already seen eight people suspended or placed on leave. Task & Purpose reported that at least five Army officers, an Air Force senior master sergeant, and a Marine officer have all been relieved of duty and put under investigation.

It was also reported that an Army Reserve Major is also being looked for, allegedly making comments about Kirk's murder. The inquiry into the Department of Defense staffers comes as several experts weighed in on whether Hegseth's purge is "extremely dangerous" to the military's apolitical nature.

"Going beyond things that directly impact good order and discipline, directly impact the military mission, just to retribute and punish and therefore suppress and chill any personal expression based on ideological grounds is beyond the pale," Rachel VanLandingham, a former Air Force judge advocate now law professor, told The Hill. "We’ve never seen institutionally … the ability of the Pentagon to limit speech utilized to such an extent purely on ideological grounds."

Hegseth's efforts have also been slammed by members of the Democratic Party. "@PeteHegseth hunting down and prosecuting service members for their individual political beliefs is dangerous and un-American," Colorado rep. Jason Crow wrote on X. "We must condemn political violence AND allow peaceful speech that doesn’t impact the chain of command."

Republican representative and retired Navy SEAL, Rep. Ryan Zinke, commented that he was ok with the removals. "Look, if you’re celebrating the loss of life, a political assassination of a father, a husband — if you’re celebrating a political assassination, I can tell you, I don’t want you on my SEAL team," he said on CNN This Morning.

"I don’t want you in my Department of Defense or Department of War," he continued. "I don’t want you [to be] a sailor, a soldier, a Marine, if you’re celebrating that."

Some officials have gone further, hoping that there would be criminal charges filed against those who applauded or made light of Kirk's death. Stephen Simmons, deputy assistant secretary of Defense for military community and family policy, claimed that those who commented on Kirk's brutal ending were in violation of their oath of office, and that Hegseth “knows (as do we all) that this cancer that desecrates the constitution – and the people for whom it was written – must be neutralized.”

CNN reported that Under Secretary of the Air Force Matthew Lohmeier, in regard to the Air Force member, said that he had requested that senior military leaders "read the member his rights, and place him and his entire chain of command under investigation." a statement by Lohmeier read, "What I have seen is, at a minimum, a violation of Article 134 of the UCMJ. … Men and women who are guilty of this kind of behavior will not serve in uniform."

It should be noted that while the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) limits what troops can say publicly — specifically about negative comments regarding the president and U.S. officials — service members are still entitled to their First Amendment rights under the Constitution.

“You can’t just prosecute people on a whim without some sort of notice that what they would be doing would be considered criminal," Don Christensen, a retired Air Force colonel who previously served as a military judge and the Air Force’s chief prosecutor, said. “What I think is the most absurd thing I’ve heard is that this is a violation of our oath."

"There is nothing in the oath we take when we become service members that would in any way would ever say you’re violating your oath because you don’t like Charlie Kirk and think he should have died," he added. "That’s an absurdity."
