brah...this playoff week
all season, these niggas been fucking with me and Knock...we just laugh at the shit b/c they dont know nothing about basketball and its comical
they dont understand that officiating any sport is more than the black and white rules printed in the book. I wont get into too much detail...maybe i might make a thread one day to let people ask questions and shit b/c i've learned SOOOO much shit since i've been doing it, but thats another subject for another day
anyway, both the coaches teams were clearly outmatched. One dude was lucky af his team squeaked by monday. He got a guard that cant go left, so every time they play him to his left, he carries the ball. no exaggeration. EVERY SINGLE TIME. But we let a lot of shit go b/c who wants to see a game full of whistles and a first qtr score of 2-0. YES..that was an actual score last night. So we let a lot of shit go to let the kids get into a rhythm. Then the bullshit starts. "CALL IT BOTH WAYS"..."OVER THE BACK"..and bunch of other dumb shit.
I trust knock twice, so if he dont have a whistle on something thats RIGHT in front of him, why should I? If i have a question, i walk up to him during quarters and ask him, he explains, then we keep it moving, and vice versa
so anyway, one coach says after a foul "im bout to go off on ya'll"... I ask him "what did you just say"...he said "im bout to go off on ya'll if ya'll dont start calling fouls"... I said "~beep~ technical foul on blue coach...now sit down"...he trying to reason now...i told him we werent starting the game until he sat down...he tried to talk some more and I said "nah...have a seat playa"...he sat his ass right down
the other dude i gave a tech too just kept barking about some dumb shit that happened two plays ago. He was right by Knock, and i got tired of it, so i blew my whistle, gave him a tech, and told him to sit down too. He tried to politic with knock on the sideline but knock put him in his place
