White nationalist Stephen Miller is the Deputy chief of Staff. Miller wields a lot of power behind the scenes.

White nationalist Paul Ingrassia is the WH Liaison for DHS.

The only reason I'm thinking this might not be a mossad operation is that dude had a whole CABEZA and somehow got hit in the neck. Nobody professional is actually aiming for the neck so whoever did it might not have been accounting for the weight of the bullet.
