I believe the “when” and “where” can be in poor taste.

Like, I wouldn’t pull up to his funeral on bullshit.

But we, as a collective, ALL celebrate death at times. We hoot and holler at the movies when that certain character meet their grisly end. We cheer it in our tv shows and video games and music and books.

NOBODY had an issue with the fact that Epstein died (despite the dubiousness of the when and how).

People left right and center stood on the White House lawn in celebration when we got news of Bin Ladens death.

We execute prisoners who have been convicted of particularly heinous crimes.

There COUNTLESS examples of death being celebrated, and we have ALL participated in it.

Do I like HOW he died? Nah that was kinda fucked up. But other than that…?

I try my best to not celebrate the death of ANYONE. Sometimes, that's harder than other times. But I think there is something fundamentally inhuman about celebrating death. Each life is too interconnected with too many other lives to celebrate the end of one.

With that being said...not everybody deserves my condolences or my RIP.

What would happen here if Drake go?
I don't like Drake. That being said I don't hate the nigga. Not being a fan doesn't make the nigga evil. I ain't crying over the niggas casket but I'm not pissing on his grave. Celebrity deaths in general get a 2 second "damn that's crazy........*keeps scrolling*"

Guess we’ll see

This. I don't know why it's so hard to understand.

Not cheering a death =/= being sympathetic towards the person that died.

It also just stokes the fires. Kirk's fanbase consists of a bunch of degenerates who are already being primed to want some getback. The last thing we need is for them to be further pushed down that path because they are butthurt that some dude was caught on cam cheering their hero's death.

Like white people didn't celebrate hanging black people from trees and making fucking picnics out of it. They went on to live fruitful lives and raise their kids. All because of our skin tone.
He spewed bullshit and someone matched his bullshit. Plus we don't even know what this mofo was into.
My problem is they treating this mofo like some holier than thou that was out here saving the world.
Where was this outrage when Melissa Hortman and her husband were killed? Why weren't the flags at half staff for them?
CK held no job in political office.
Debating college kids and warping their minds into his bullshit so they grow up to possibly think like him. These the same mofos that get jobs in position of power.
I ain't losing no sleep over this mofo dying.

Powerful posting.

Not mad at this

I’m sad that Charlie Kirk got murdered and many people who knew him personally had to see that

Maybe even his family

From that standpoint celebrating him being dead sucks to see for his loved ones

I’m not feeling bad personally that HE got murdered because I’m not invested either way

In a general sense the point is really as humans we shouldn’t celebrate the deaths of other humans in big 2025

I understand that viewpoint

Don’t know if I agree or not but I understand

I don’t like this version of you.

They would do that anyway. Not even knowing who the shooter is they've already branded it a "left wing shot of war". I understand the thought of not contributing to that but whether those jokes fly or not they're gonna be on that train of thought.

True, but if a train is already speeding out of control, you don't need to put rocket boosters on the back to make shit even worse.
