Super curious what SCOTUS does because if they allow this then they open the door for a policed state and if we still have an election in 2028 then it opens the door for whoever wins that to do whatever they want

It was kind of a losing battle since DC is a district and not a state. I doubt any of the states end up caving. The states also have laws on their side (which trump will likely ignore)
