How can you say that with a straight face while thinking amen is about to win dpoy.

Atlanta would be stupid to let him go just like new Orleans was but I agree they shouldn't go too crazy.

Well Amen is way better than Dyson Daniels so I dont know what that has to do with anything

Two completely different caliber of defenders

Biggest thing with me for Dyson is if hes going to be you're starting two guard he just has to get his volume up from 3....3 attempts per game is insanely low for a perimeter player

They're comparable. I don't understand why you don't apply these narratives to your own starting 2 guard but whatever man. It's okay. Lol.

Because Amen does other thing offensively...better on ball, better playmaker, put pressure on defenses, can get to the rim and finish

Amen does need to become a better shooter as well though, Im not saying he doesn't


What is Dysons offensive game?
 
I thought Dyson had shown steady improvement at beating his defender off the first step and hitting that floater he covets.

He didn't do it enough imo but in the open court is where he seemed to operate best off rebounds and steals

They had Dyson over OG which I vehemently disagree with

Herb was over OG too which is closer than Dyson but I would still take OG


Like I said I really fuck with Dyson Daniels but hes not locking people, not as versatile and not as good defending on ball as OG.

Dyson gets an absurd amount of steals and deflection which is good and valuable hes not doing OG does imo

Kris Dunn better on ball too but he doesn't play as many minutes and doesn't have the size that Dyson does

I simply don't understand why you can't identify and speak on those issues with your own players. Now that you seem to or at least acknowledge it we're done here. Good day sir.

Salaries don't mean nothing. Give it a year, let a few folks re up, and OG will be like 50 in salary.

OG impacts winning like a mfer. And the Rockets, Pistons, and Hawks would be happy as fuck if the Thompson Bros or Dyson Daniels will ever become as impactful as OG.

That's my guy. Imo he tied for 2nd most important player for the Knicks. He not the 2nd option, but he the second most impactful to winning.

Coulda fooled tf outta me with the way niggas be talking in this thread. Also the narrative that salaries are going up is a myth. Thats only gonna happen for a select few that truly move the needle towards a chip. With the first and second aprons teams will have to be more selective about who they pay regardless of their numbers or potential. It's the results and how they correlate to the path a team is choosing to take that will now determine most players pay going forward.

And I love OG and wish him the best btw im just saying...

I don't disagree but in like 3 years we're gonna look at Amen and OG both getting the max, whatever that max is.
