Um, out here you take the bottles and cans back to the store and they give you money for it. If you buy a can of Coke at a gas station and bring the last can you drank, they don't charge you the 10 cents 'cause you returned a can or bottle. Out here homeless folks will go looking through trash cans looking for returnable bottles and cans so they could cash them in.

Might be the brand, you should be able to go several months even in the rain before they start to smear z You can also coat your windshield where you don’t have to even use the wipers for light rain.

But yep prices are high as fuck its easy to have to drop $40-50 on a pair.
 
Yep more crooked shit, you already paying sales tax when you buy a vehicle now you gotta pay additional property tax on it…
 


Why is the city going after the owners now seems like the city only cares about getting it's cut . If they cared they could easily go after the seller
