It's a multi-tiered plan to disturb DC. Over policing? Niggas already are used to that. If anything, it should help niggas move smarter. I mean whose pockets? The white house and their red state goons playing foot patrol don't need funding or approval from niggas to do this. White businesses and brown people in general are taking a hit with all this going on because they knowingly slowing up money in the gentrified parts of DC and petty arresting uber workers.
