I’m going to therapy and it helps. But you know somedays are harder than others in life in general so just imagine how I feel when my kids gotta leave.

Bruh I even lost my job and funds kinda drying up, with all that’s going on in my life.

Just trying to take it one day at a time because it’s all I can do.

That’s why I’ve been in the gym so much and doing a lot more reading because it helps, basically another form of therapy for me.
