Cody ain’t turning right now it makes zero sense with mega heel Seth running around. Yes I fully believe Seth cashing in on Cody Sunday.

he doesn’t need to, that doesn’t mean he won’t. it’s not like wwe is above senseless heel turns

the easiest justification would be what cody said weeks ago. something along the lines of I hesitated at WM, I won’t do it again. maybe HE feels cena’s face turn last night is insincere, believes cena will do some dirty shit, so he’ll beat him to the punch. let’s say cena hesitates to kick cody below the belt or hit him with the championship, showing that he’s changed. but cody ends up doing both to cena and wins the title. in cody’s mind, it’s just revenge and he did nothing wrong. but with the crowd FULLY behind cena now, they’ll boo rhodes.

if Cody looks foolish after trusting cena AGAIN, bro, how many times is rhodes gonna fall for this shit? why would they keep making their biggest babyface look like a dumbass?

who fills the babyface void? Cena if he truly is a face now, LA Knight or Jey Uso…because what brand split? we already have smackdown wrestlers on raw without an explanation

Only cause they kept tellin you that his injury is potentially fake. They should have never planted any stories (cause I believe they did that themselves) that he was already hurt and they “planned” an injury angle.
 
Cody turning heel tomorrow doesn't make sense but neither did the mechanics behind Cena's heel turn and heel run.

But the biggest heel turn since Hogan ending in a random promo on the go home show before the first 2 Night Summerslam.... ehhh I'm not buying it.
 
People want Cody to turn heel so bad...but have yet to give a viable reason as to why? Just turn Cody heel just to do it. Ok say he turns heel...then what? The shyt has to make sense.

B/c those same people will be the ones trashing his heel turn if it doesn't work out the way they had it planned in their minds.
 
And I don't wanna hear any of that "just sit back and enjoy" shit. Whether it's movie, tv show, or wrestling.. we all want any story-driven product we watch to make sense.

That promo gave NO indication that Cody even showed he was heading in that direction. Lol! Mofos want it to happen so bad, they're seeing GHOST heel turns. Lol
 
For a double turn to work the seeds are planted way before the match. Austin and Bret was months in the making for their double turn. Just can't do that with no reason.

Cody’s character could use some edge. he’s been fucked over enough times where he would be easily justified

I think Cody wins against Cena to redeem losing the way he did at Mania. I still see Seth cashing in on Punk if he beats Gunther for the World Title.
