I originally brought up that I’m surprised at the 90k number I saw considering the rollout and then you and a bunch of other dick eaters went ballistic

Craig Robinson then said it was 112k which is cool but that didn’t change how I felt

Quick which rappers not named Eminem and Jay Z who came out in 2002 are doing 100k first week

Given the current nature of the business they overachieved sales wise which is the entire point of promotion

U promote to sell the product which it looks like they did very well

With as big as the roll out and pushing of that Kendrick track i thought the sales would/should have been more. They were everywhere and on everything bringing up Ye, Drake, and Travis hyping up the album


But they did sale 100k so that’s good. Streaming number could be better on Spotify overall though.




Last thing. Numbers matter to artists. If it didn’t they wouldn’t be on every podcast, show and event.
