A lot of the people getting picked up are doing it the right way. ICE is telling judges to drop their cases so they can get picked up and deported. They are literally getting picked up at the court room where they are doing it the right way.

But yeah, let’s bring up Obama’s policies from years ago. Bet he didn’t do this shit.

The difference is that we, as in US citizens, have a right to be here and if you refuse to even acknowledge that then there's really no point in continuing. You're trying to find a "gotcha" moment when there is none.

People come here through the legal process all the time, I have no quarrel with them. I got neighbors that came here from Lebanon and a family that moved in directly across the street that are refugees from Uganda. Got love for 'em. Same for the Mexican family two doors down from me and the two Mexican families at the end of my street towards the community entrance. I'm cool with all of 'em. I grew up with Mexican and Guyanese immigrants, one of which my mother married back inna day. But they all came here through legal channels and are either fully naturalized or are permanent resident aliens.

(FWIW, one of the two families at the end of the street were on that MAGA Trump shit during the election cycle, I ain't forgot about that).

I have no problem with people that immigrate here the right way. You don't seem to be able to make that differentiation.

I've told y'all several times I'm politically a centrist and I've openly said fuck both the democrats AND the republicans. What I'm simply doing is pointing out a glaring double standard and, truthfully, fake outrage over Trumps actions that are, in all honesty, no different than Obama's and Biden's and those of you that support the Dems apparently cannot justify it.

Obama widened the net to deport immigrants who haven't even committed crimes after promising to only focus on the criminals, bc he wanted to get them numbers up.

No black person is getting deported just cause they black.

Trump has said he wants to deport criminals that are US citizens to El Salvador. And who has an outsized proportion of its population in prison?

On some real shit I don’t think the prison shit is happening either, but I never thought he’d send immigrants to an El Salvador prison either.
