gotta have EGGS, depends on the day how the rest will go

need fruit in the lineup somewhere

Banana every morning and usually 4 times a week I have a bowl of raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries with breakfast.

I don't think I've heard of breakfast being unhealthy. I've only heard the opposite

People always say it's the most important meal of the day. That's BS.

Breakfast in and of itself isn't unhealthy. It depends on what you eat. That said, most of the shit people eat for breakfast is either mad greasy or mad sugary. Both of those things are unhealthy.

I've actually been gettin' on my youngest daughter about how she drowns her pancakes and waffles in syrup. She's being fitted for a crown tomorrow and I've let her know tha the fillings and root canal she's had to endure this year are most likely a direct result of it. I could be wrong, but I'm 99.99993% certain I'm not.

If it's not the reason, it certainly didn't help.

Probably more to do w/ that syrup sitting on her teeth throughout the day more then anything. If she gonna do that make a habit of brushing after and not waiting till bedtime.

Sometimes it takes a toothache to change those habits.
