If I'm not mistaken, he got "overwhelmed" thinking about someone who was related to him that had either died from covid or was in jeopardy. I think the bars before the pause was the pre cursor.

I started to rewatch it one day. Geechi looked like he was one of the Grove Street gang members from GTA
 
I'm so glad we're past the Queenz Flip era in battlerap.
