Yes I do. Just like there’s more than just Black people who are Democrats.

The majority of Democratic voters are Black. We are the largest and most consistent voting block for Democrats. Shout out to us.

Now let’s talk about Progressives. Who makes up the majority of Progressives? Is it not white people? Who gets platformed the most amongst Progressives? Is it not white people and “People of Color”?

I know there are Black Progressives. My question is, where do Black people stand amongst Progressives?

For example, right now, I think more Latinos are Republican/MAGA than Democrat/Progressive. They love to be white adjacent and they have a real problem coming in second to Black people which is way a lot of them flock to Republicans.

I’m sure there’s a term for it already, but a lot of “People of Color” secretly or overtly these days, do not like the idea of being behind Black people. They even vote against their own interest like dumb white people now.

Black people are conveniently blamed or identified as a problem within Democrats. Even right now, when people talk about Democrats, they are not just talking about Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Shumer’s old asses. They are really talking about the Black voting base of the Democratic Party. They even went as far as to try and teach US a lesson during the last election.

Niggas don’t want to hear it but the future of the Democratic Party from a Progressive persons point of view is not one where Black people are in front or centered. For years, Black people were the core of the party and now we’re being pushed to the back for another movement which we probably started, and other groups will be elevating themselves while we have niggas looking amongst each other pointing fingers.

I’m not accusing you of being a whiny Progressive but they do have a weird tendency to respond similar to the way that MAGA people do to Democrats. You know like how they always throw out shit like DEI even when it’s not applicable? Progressives have the same vitriol towards Democrats.

Wanting a specific race at the front and center of the dems party is likely one of the reasons it's been beating itself

Dems also focus too much on the far left that freaks people out. Granted maga focuses on not giving a fuck. The whole 'we don't care about being sensitive' likely draws people

Dems could win easily if they moved just slightly in the middle considering how fucking crazy maga has got
 
Endorsing candidate who were driving the Uncommitted movement and turning around and Blaming Democrats again.
