There was no guarantee that a quality big would be there in the 2nd round. They got lucky

You think Kon was BPA at 4? Even if you don’t like KM the gap in talent wasn’t enough between him and guys like Tre/Fears. I would have taken the assets

He can but he's giving killian Hayes vibes.

He is better than Hayes, but I get what you are saying as far as the bust potential.

Nolan is super fast and a pretty good passer. Killian wasn't really that fast and not that good of a shooter either. He was a taller point guard who was a decent passer. I think Nolan will have no issues getting to the hoop in the NBA because the spacing is better in the NBA than it is in foreign leagues.

Nolan still has to get better shooting and finishing though

the roster is a cluster fuck right now. I think he is gonna spend a lot of time in the G-League unless they move some dudes. I'm hoping they move some dudes to get a back up center. if they can move a couple of those guys he will get run

I doubt we will try and get back in the 2nd round after trading out of it, but there are a couple of solid centers there for the taking early.
