lol idk tbh

It’s smart but idk if I agree with moving Siakam

I’m only okay with letting Turner and Mathurin go

Whats the point of keeping him? He's under contract for 2 more years, his value will never be higher

All he's going to do is help you be too good tank and just good enough to chase the 8th seed

Nah we gotta respect him

Him being there still doesn’t really hurt that much

Sure his value would be high but ehh no biggie imo

They'll be about as good as Toronto was before they traded him...the big thing for me is he's going to need a new contract, I don't think he's someone that's going to age we'll into his mid 30s. Sell high, get a big return

I guess a better question is, what would be the goal these next two seasons if you were Indiana?

The same goal for Indiana this entire time

Be competitive and make the playoffs

They in no real rush tbh

Tyrese ain’t old

Retool and start building up

Siakam will be older but still effective until he’s probably 34-35

The league will look completely different by the time Haliburton comes back....he'll be like 27-28 when he's back to himself which isn't old but doesn’t give you a big window like you would have if he was healthy...this team is set up to compete now, not years in the future

A big reason why Indiana was able to put this team together was Nembhard being on a rookie scale contract and Nesmtih and Turner being on very team friendly deals......Indiana needs to keep rotating cheap young talent

How are you going to retool and rebuild if you're chasing the 8th seed and you're not trading anybody?

We’re getting rid of Mathurin and letting Turner walk
