Houston is closer to competing than Phoenix is

If you watched Houston this year in the playoffs, it was evident they needed to strike while they are still on very cost effective deals with their draft picks

What Brooks is, is what Booger Macfarland used to be on the bucs. Warren Sapp, Derick Coleman, Rhondae Barber, Derrick Brooks. Those are the names the average person remember. The glue of that defense that allowed for everyone else to be great at doing what they did was Booger Macfarland.

If that guy does not forgo the name and just do the dirty work that needs to be done, consistently with the same effort and tenacity, that defense isn’t great enough to win a chip on its own merit without a great offense.

Those guys are important to championship teams, they are the important glue to a great team. They are necessary and arent just floating around. The rockets lost that guy, and I guarantee you, they will be a flashy, soulless team that looks good on paper but gets the breaks beat off of them if they make the playoffs.

By a team that has hunger, guarantee that team goes nowhere

Don’t care much about the KD trade. I honestly feel like it’s the beginning of the end. Shame it has to happen on a team banking on him for a title.

• Terry Rozier
• Jaime Jaquez Jr.
• Haywood Highsmith
• 20th overall pick

Jovic was essentially deemed as untouchable along with Ware & no other future draft capital. Diabolical stuff from Pat Riley.

Can you or @Infamous114 @Al G. Rhythm explain why Jovic is deemed this core untradeable asset but it seems like yall barely utilizes him or he's out of the rotation half the time?

Like I'm still a big fan of his but as far as the organization goes it didn't feel like he's much of a priority or gets a lot of opportunity
