For those who've played the game, is there any chance of redemption for it down the line after some patches/updates....sorta like Cyberpunk....OR is this shit just bad beyond help? I wanted to pick it up at some point, but every review has been shitting on it heavy. Most of the complaints I read sounded like the game was released unfinished and just needs more work.

I didn’t play it but I’ve seen enough

The story/sound design/dead city/combat/driving large distances are the main issues outside of the performance issues

IIRC you can’t even drive many cars and your main car isn’t even quick
