The whites been doing this since forever. Retiring and passing along the reins to their company to the kids usually fast tracking them in the process. It only sparked outrage mostly by the whites/coons when LBJ helped his son (lets be honest if you were in that position you would use your influence as well why wouldn’t you). Some black business owners do this as well but usually w/o the fast tracking so the kid usually starts from the ground and works their way up to finally be in that position.
