Ms. @Azlyn please do me a favor and go to one of the massage therapists and say "Neighborhood Nomad wants to know about the benefits of alkaline water and why do you recommend it so much." Don't trip, they know who I am, and if they pretend they don't they're lying.

Also, you might want to consider a new job because it seems the people around you don't care about the water you drink while recommending it to everyone else around you. It's kind of fucked up, you know?

Lol it's just that they know I be drinking Pepsi...
I know I should drink more water tho... :)))

He still ripped, but they not letting him cook.....

It's corny, cuz he's not a good talker....
Idk why they wanna make him/Lesner beef a thing, they tried it way back at wrestlemania XX and it failed, and like you said goldberg being trash on the mic doesn't help

Pain, pleasure and the power of the mind:

As you already know our senses are just nerves that our brain stimulates when it's triggered. Pain, pleasure and even numbness are all different degrees of that particular stimulation that originates in the brain.

That being said I learned to embrace pain instead of bracing for it. Physical pain and emotional pain alike. When I did this something very interesting happened. The "pain" no longer translated as pain, but it became a strong awareness of the senses. There was no pain, there was only awareness.

Now this isn't about me at all but I want to share what I've been learning with whoever will receive it. I want to share an experiment anyone can do in the privacy of your own home or wherever you're at.

The next time you step out the shower do it without a towel and don't brace for the cold and don't shiver. It's a natural reaction but just completely embrace the sensation instead. Almost immediately your brain should switch over from "being cold" to "being aware" of the senses. All of the senses will seem to awaken at once.

Physically this works for many other areas too like when you stub your toe or when your put rubbing alcohol over a wound, when you have to take a piss, and even during sex.

This is just something I've been learning and is for whoever is willing to receive it.

And no I'm not a masochist.

So this just happened. Well it happened before I started my jog.

I'm walking and trying to set up my headphones. I walk the trail to the parking lot and it was two policemen in their cars. I'm not thinking much of it. I play my music and I hear a horn honk. I ignore it. Then I hear it again, so I look up like WHO THE HELL HONKING?

The officer waves to me and says come here. Now, I'm scared, I wasn't planning on getting shot today. So, he says hi beautiful and asked my name and I said LaKeisha. I wasn't trying to give him my real info. Then he says nice to meet me and all that and asks me was I single. I eye his finger, there was a ring. I told him he wasn't single so who wanted to know, he chuckled. Then this mf reaches his hand up and tries to touch my braids, by habit I popped his hand. My eyes got big as hell, I just knew it was over for me. He was actually cool about it but I told him I don't like people touching my hair. I let him know he was slowing me down and I had to go. So I took off running and I heard him say "mmmm". Old nasty creep.

My jogging story doesn't have an officer hitting on me but when I lived in my old apt, we had a lake and I decided to get fancy and go running

I got my headphones in and I'm moving

I'm along the trail and I see a fucking snake slither.

I could've beaten Usain bolt that day as fast as I ran back to my apt. I never went jogging again after that shit

and im late, but being submissive doesnt mean you are dependent on a man. Its great when a woman has goals and aspirations for herself

lets talk about them to see how I could help you along the way. I want to be a supplement, not a detriment.

Same thing happened to me. My half white side kicked in and told me to go off the path of the trail, I am jogging along and almost ran right into a snake. My black side kicked in and I was Flo Jo

a few of ya'll know i referee high school basketball on the side

well, in addition to that, i referee lil kids, AAU and HS summer league stuff from spring until the start of school

so in one league, this weeks is playoffs. There is this one dad who coaches his sons team. I feel so bad for the lil boy. He is clearly the best person on the team and his dad puts so much pressure on him. Even when he does something good, he is yelling at him from the side. He clearly has no idea what he's doing and thinks that yelling at kids will somehow magically make them want to listen and play hard.

I was thinking something was wrong with the boy because he NEVER gets mad or says anything. Like NEVER. A girl who helps us keep the clock asked him after the game why he doesnt play AAU, and he just shook his head no. Didnt say a word. Now, i know he's not a mute or anything, but reminds me so much of kwahi leonard as far as his demeanor is concerned. Poor kid

His dad probably beatin the shit out that little boy smh
he also has two sisters that play on the team and he yells at them too

i be wanting to ask him to chill, but the kid looks like he has some PTSD or something b/c when his dad yells, you can see him kinda shake a lil bit or get startled like you would when an unexpected firecracker goes off

the kid is ok talent wise, but thats besides the point...idk why he doesnt want to play AAU, but maybe i do if his dad is just gon be yelling from the sidelines like he does as the coach

How old is he?
He won't be playing basketball for long, his old man is gonna drive him away from it

Maybe the can't afford AAU?

Let's not speculate. Slippery slope

Shut up. What he says shows classic signs of something going on
