There's this wing spot in Anchorage owned by an asain family and they make a lemongrass flavored wing. That shit is top tier.

Oh, also in anchorage when I lived there, there was a competition called wing a palooza. Had like 70 different restaurants submit a wing. Had a lot of really good ones cooked different styles. The winner the year I went Had a curry Thai peanut wing. Fried and coated in curry powder with a peanut butter Thai sauce and peanut crumbles. Shit was absolutely incredible.
