I tried to recreate that shit at home before.

Diced garlic, Parmesan cheese and franks buffalo in a plastic bowl with a lid and was putting freshly fried wings in there.... Shit was good AF, not as good as there's... But definitely good

Garlic Parmesan but only if it's a sauce. Some spots just have a garlic parmesan seasoning. I think Wings Stop is like that.

I've been migrating over to Tony Chachere's "More Spice" lately. I've been using it for years, but lately it's been taking the place of Old Bay.
