Naw, shorty definitely was wrong. But dude went OD. I've been swung on by plenty of grown women, and never responded like that.

That was a student. Dude should not sign up for a job that entails breaking up fights if that's going to be his response

The way I see it, these kids, especially the girls, need to learn they can't just swing on everybody all willy-nilly without consequences. Telling them not to do it does not work; they need to be clocked a few times AND they need to be scolded, not coddled, after the incident. Telling her "naw, that grown ass man shouldn't have hit you" sends the wrong message. It should be "Fuck was you thinking swinging on a grown ass man like that??? Bet you won't do that shit again."

Also, saying "Dude should not sign up for a job that entails breaking up fights if that's going to be his response" sends the wrong message. She was actively hitting him while he was trying to squash a situation. His job ain't to sit there and get hit.

If you sign up for a job that requires you to break up fights, that shouldn't be your response. 🧐

The fight appeared to be broken up, he was trying to get her to step back. She was swinging on him and he still had his hands up like "step back". She came at him again still swinging on him and hit him.

THAT ain't part of the job. Watching it again it looked like she was fighting him, maybe mad 'cause he broke it up or something; that's my speculation.

I'm telling you from a place of experience. I've worked as security, I've been a manager of security. One thing that is required is restraint. He showed none. Yes the girl was wrong, but the security dude showed no restraint.

If I'm his manager, he's fired. Plain and simple.

If I'm in that exact situation, I'm showing restraint. Plain and simple.

This is not a debate imo, dude showed no restraint. He went too far. It just is what it is.

If a female student starts hitting me, and that's my response, I just have to accept the consequences of my actions. Because there will be consequences, because he went too far by not showing any sort of self control or restraint. If you don't see that, I can't help you. But my opinion will not change.

So he wasn't showing restraint while still telling this chick to get back while being hit??? Mans was trying to de-escalate the situation only to have this wild ass broad swinging on him.

She kept coming at him and kept swinging on him the whole time he's telling her to get back.

And this will continue to happen as long as we keep ignoring the actions of the child, thus making it ok in the eyes of society. As long as we keep doing that, it will happen again and again and again.

I don't think we're going to see eye to eye on this and that's ok.

If this happened in the street with a cop she would have possibly been shot..🤷🏾‍♂️. im not one of those cats that be like equal rights lefts getting their jollies off for hitting a chick...
He did what he could to calm the shit down she pressed forward hit him multiple times and he reacted

People need to raise better kids.

This all day, every day, and twice on Sunday.

I ain't saying the girl wasn't wrong. I'm just saying you ain't gotta go that hard... That shit was OD.

I wouldn't go that hard on a dude.

I guess maybe because I've been in enough fights to know my strength and be able to turn it off. But aye, everybody ain't me.

I still wouldn't want a dude like that working for me. He's a walking liability.
