Exactly I don't have the time for a charcoal. I'm about to be on waffle House shit and cooking on my griddle. Smash burgers and whatever else is on the menu this weekend.

Yeah I love food cooked on a charcoal grill too, but the ROI is terrible. Got to get the charcoal lit, wait for it to start to ash up, got to clean that shit out after (or before if you got lazy after cooking the last time). Plus it’s hard to have multiple zone temps and change temps on the fly.

Maybe when I retire I’ll get back to charcoal but I don’t have the time or patience for all that shit right now.

Anyway..

We will be helping my brother in law move into their new house and also celebrating his birthday. It’s a weekend event… I’ll throw down some good cooks for him.
 
I gots nada planned this year. Me grillin depends on if my s/o has to work that weekend.

If not...firing that bad boy up to make up for last year.

If so...nada. I'll be chilling
 
Hopefully my son get enough practices in to do this memorial Day dual meet.

Outdoor track really been working him...I think this is the most progress I've seen him athletically since he's been in high school. I think he's way faster, stronger, and more aggressive than when the wrestling season ended early March.


So I'm kinda eager to see him on the mat again. Especially by May
