If I’m on the jury, I’d need to hear the facts of the case first cause I honestly couldn’t right now say he’s guilty of racketeering, prostitution, etc.

It only gives the defense room to spin a narrative that she was just part of this wild 10 year party.

I ain't part of his defense team so idk. Only can guess they're trying to show that if Cassie was down then all other participants were down too which leaves doubt for coercion and consent. She's the main focus I'd assume because she was around for most of it and could attest to the environment in these events and people's willingness to be there which would include her own.
