If a dudes qualities are limited to his finances, he's going to be resentful at what he can't afford.

This is an often unspoken part of this. The whole out of your league thing is just another way of saying someone who socially above you. That doesn't exist as much as dudes trying to date women who have standards, as superficial as they may be, that a nigga doesn't meet. Three is a difference between receiving gifts and only receiving gifts that have a certain monetary value

In other words, at least to me, saying you only like designer bags isn't a love language. You want someone to trick on you to get shit you either can't or prefer not to get for yourself

I've seen this way too many times where the guy puts a ton of effort and thought into a gift and the woman not really feeling it cause it didn't have a certain amount of zeros in the price tag

By this, the guy is most certainly out of this woman's league
