Floyd Mayweather Buys 62 Apartment Buildings In NYC

Saw this posted places a while back, saw some comments saying the lil hats finessed his dumb ass. Looks like they may be right, but iono.

In '21 it says it was valued at 400m and we know the market has been cooling. But it could of went up and went down, but idk.

I assume the worst cuz hes dumb, but the people around him could be smart......or they're in on the finesse. And most of those are "affordable" housing, for that area, but you still need to make like 6 figs to afford it.

we all take things how we want to. To some, it might influence somebody who looks like floyd to get into investing in real estate, which we (Black Americans) own the least of. To others this move looks like clout chasing. Maybe it could be both but id see nothing wrong with a black american owning a large real estate profile in united states richest city.
