won the heart of the people award at work today 🥹 supervisor hit me up right at the end of my shift to tell me.

They always do these live celebrations on teams with the whole site there to honor top agents. I know that's why she msged me thinking I was gone go in there to rep our team.

I was like "Oh wow thank you! 😲" then logged the fuck out
