lol, at this poor attempt to flip my “you’re my son”. Especially when every move you make on this forum, proves that you are.

Please don’t quote this, let’s not derail. Reading this movie being an Incredible Hulk sequel that’s leads to incursions and Dr Doom is fascinating stuff.

Sam being able to tank the hits from Red Hulk is explained thru the fact that Sam’s suit is made from Vibranium and offers the same trauma absorption powers that T’Challa had.

Remember T’Challa was not impervious, could be cut and shot. It was his tactical prowess, speed and agility that kept him alive during gun battles.

Getting hit really hard tho? He could take it due to the suit.

Sam was also blocking the strikes with his wings. Which were absorbing the bulk of all the kinetic force and trauma from RH.

That’s how he survived.

I think its funny that white america needs a serum to keep up with a black man with nothing but willpower and determination.

They should’ve let the Russos do this. They would’ve gotten the tone, tension and pacing needed for this type of film correct and also they couldve used whoever the fight choreographer from those Cap/Extraction movies.

Yeah, I was setting there thinking this very same thing. Because it was clear what the director was trying to go for. Just it was to heavy handed in some place and dragged out needlessly in others. It wasn't sure what it wanted to be IMO

Solid B- or C movie
 
Movie made it seem like only the wings were vibranium. Also seemed to have a nanotech mask that was struggling with the strength of red hulks grip and the goggles he took off before the fight with the big guy. The suit looked like some padded leather or something

Trust that if Mackie gets a sequel, they won't bring back the director

It doesn’t disprove the facts stated

But TChalla is more equipped to endure getting shot or his suit punctured cause he’s an enhanced human. Sam is not
