While I'm not a huge fan, there are settings where I have and would listen to Christian rap again. I understand some people have talent, but don't think it's their lane to be a commercial rapper and feel more comfortable rapping their testimony.

I don't scale them higher or lower because of it, but I can respect it.

Horrorcore is ridiculous.
 
Christian rap because i've seen them str8 up try and imitate the imagery of gangsta rap, to try and market their music to kids. Defeats the whole purpose IMO
 
Recent Christian rap got a few decent lyricists, which is good 'cause the old 80's/90's joints were prime sewage doo doo grits. I heard some shit within the last 4-5 months that was not only boom-bap adjacent, but was lyrically dope.

There was some horrocore cats that were lyrically good back inna day but nowadays it's just pure shock value with mediocre lyrics.

Kinda hard to vote on this one. I'mma think it over a bit more.
 
I had a Cristian Rap CD. I forgot what it was called but I used to listen to it.

I voted for Horrorcore.

Cross movement was dope to me back in the day. Might had only two vids ever on BET. Every once in a while I'll revisit.
