He hasn't had hits on the hot 100 billboard

Only on Rap charts has Nas had hits

Street Dreams
Nastradamus
Nas Is Like
Hate Me Now
You Owe Me
Got Ur Self A
One Mic
Made You Look
I Can
Bridging the Gap
Hip Hop Is Dead
Hero

All hot 100 billboard songs from Nas

the question and the artist on this list do not go together. rakim would be the answer but that is largely because of the era he is from. the rest of those artist were signed to big labels which means they will always have commercial singles on their album. those singles may or may not have landed high on the charts but all of them have albums full of commercial rap.

I didn't explain my point better i meant in the sense they didn't chart high on the hot 100 billboard like top 10 or top 20

Look at where those singles charted. Very low some as low as 97

Yeah but who has the least was basically the question

Yeah but who has the least was basically the question

and like i said that would be rakim by default. u asked about the least but picked a group of artist that are super commercial. yes even nas is commercial.

Truthfully I want to rhyme like Common Sense (But I did five Mil)
I ain't been rhyming like Common since
When your sense got that much in common
And you been hustling since, your inception, fuck perception
Go with what makes sense

That quote holds true for all of them artist. Don't act like Nas didnt do hate me now and you owe me. forget where they charted because u didnt say successful commercial songs. u just adding shit now.

Weather 97 or 7, Nas has charted more songs than some of the rappers you champion for.

Yeah but i don't look at it as a loss for Z-Ro who is my 2nd favorite rapper of all time doesn't have many hits on the hot 100 billboard chart

As much as i think sales, hits, commercial success is very important and put great emphasis on this as a music lover. I like Z-Ro's under dog factor and underground status. He not selling 5 million copies of an album but he ain't doing 5K either. He has a good balance where he does 100K-200K

I don't mind Nipsey Hussle another rapper i like not selling or being commercially successful either.

Quality music is not based on sales alone but u won't ever catch me pretending sales aren't important and to be celebrated though. But it's about telling the facts Nas had them hits even though they charted low because of the RnB singers that featured to do the hooks on those singles. Z-Ro don't cheat like that we know Z-Ro sings his own hooks and dude has done that his whole career
