I have to blame DLo. 110% DLo. All he is there for is scoring and its too inconsistent to be a starter. This isn't anything new though. The Lakers have massively overachieved the last few seasons. When they never got the third guy, the team was doomed to always come up short. I'm starting to feel like Kobe's last act was being the 6th man in the bubble.
