Jerry gave McCarthy a pretty talented roster, payed the QB and Lamb and they aren't executing...if he smart(Jones) the same ish he did w hiring Parcells, he better do it again for BB or players gonna start asking for trades

They don't have no reliable weapons outside of lamb....the running game is ass and their linebackers still trash so he really didn't help them out
