NYC weird. If you're gonna give people Electricity credits, the courteous thing to do would be to notify people of that. Don't get me wrong, lower any bill is always dope, but it just make me suspicious when my online bill is lower than the bill sent in my e-mail.

Anwyho, the lady told me that Mayor Adams put that credit out there. Kudos to him, I guess.

This better not be a bribe to the citizens of NY for giving all that money to the migrants, cause that $20 off my electric ain't nearly enough.

Yes, but my point was what changed? The rules didn’t change, the 3 point line was always there. I just wanted to know what caused the shift. Why wasn’t there always that emphasis on shooting threes?
