id say time and paper work was the issue here but low key Lupe hasnt fucked with Kanye or Jay since Food and Liquor so there might be some friction there

I think the 3 of them being as big as they were at the time, there was probably a lot of contractual shit they had to go through in order to release a project. Probably wasnt worth the effort. This is all just speculation though.
