they've closed a few of ours here and merged them with other schools (all black neighborhoods of course)......now you got a bigger problem because you got all these kids from different neighborhoods crammed in with each other....all bad

they tried that with the bus exchange when I was going....had half the buses in the city meet in a parking lot and swap kids from all over town....shit was beef city

When I was in middle school they had our school under construction for a remodel. Sent us across town to an old highschool that had been shut down for 2 years cuz they had a new one built right next to it. Got there and shit was dirty af for a few months, bastards didn't even clean it up in the summer time knowing we had to go there. All the water foungains sprayed out brown water. Shit was the worst. Had to wake up an hour earlier than everyone else in my grade so we could take a 40 min bus ride. They didn't even finish the remodel before I got out of middle school so I didn't even get to see my original middle school.
