If the points reduction stands up (regardless of if it's 10 or lower), I think there would be validity to the other relegated teams' claims and everton would have to cut a few checks out to each party (not necessarily £100m though)

Had 10 points deduction happened last season then mathematically Leicester survives, Leeds also finish 1 place higher in 18th. That's probably at least £2m Leeds lost in league position prize money.
2021/22: everton survived relegation by 4 points

Had 10 points deduction happened last season then burnley survives. Leeds again gains a few £m for moving up 1 league position.
2020/21: everton finished 10th and well clear of any relegation. 10 points deduction would have them 11th instead of Aston Villa
2019/20: everton finished 12th and well clear of relegation. 10 points deduction would have them 15th, with Newcastle up to 12th, Crystal Palace up to 13th and Brighton up to 14th
