That has absolutely nothing to do with a woman not being able to orgasm from penetration though. The equivalent of that would be you getting hard but can’t nut. Her pussy can get super wet, doesn’t mean she had an orgasm and it also doesn’t mean anything is wrong with her. It does mean that the man fucking her can’t get her to that point.
 
Bottom line, the shape of the dick matters. Not even so much the length because I’ve had an average size dick make me orgasm and a big dick that got me nowhere.

The gentleman in the video said that is a false equivalent, because women can still have sex while not fully aroused, unlike men. I.E. some women get wet while being raped, that doesnt mean that they were aroused.
This is an arousal issue, so who's fault is it when you are mentally attracted to a man enough to let him fuck but not physically aroused enough to cum.
Just like when a man is mentally ready to fuck, but physiologically cant get aroused. Would you blame a woman for that.

i didnt look at him blaming women

i looked at it being a less of the blame on men b/c as he explains, its not as cut and dry as a man just having an inadequate penis size, but maybe the possibility exists that there isnt sufficient blood flow to the clitoris, just like how when men develop ED and there isnt a proper flow of blood to the penis

Some women can and more power to you but no matter what size, it hasn't happened for me. My clitoris is at full attention so nope, not a blood flow issue.

I looked it up and it is far less common in men then women. So I feel my point still stands. Male and female arousal looks different, wetness is not the only test for women
