if I shower before bed why on earth would I waste time and shower again on the wake up? All I need to do is wash my face, brush my teeth and keep it movin.

I don’t put on too much deodorant before bed but when I get up I put on a lil more.

I was a 1 shower (morning) type of person pre pandemic, but I had to learn to wash the day off of me as well. At least before going to bed.

As far as deodorant, I don't use it before bed, it seems pointless. It's for the day ahead and NEVER without showering beforehand.
