That's the same site I got my jerk chicken recipe from. Been using it for years with some minor tweaks.

Same. The only tweaks I've made over the years I've made is using habaneros instead of scotchies only 'cause I can't get 'em locally. And using maybe one onion instead of 3.

I said it in another thread, but maybe it's a blessing in disguise, because way too many of us view it as a gospel rather than just entertainment or art.
