Players need to start weightlifting and stop bodybuilding if that makes sense.
You would think that pro athletes would have figured out that they need to train different and that a good portion of their earnings should be spent on their body and its maintenance

It used to be and should be. It seems like players are doing too many iso movements such as preacher curls (big reason for bicep tears) and not sticking to the basic compound movements like benches, deadlifts etc. A bench press will rip your Pec if trying to lift too heavy and using the wrong form. Iso movements such as Pec flyes and cable crossovers contribute to injuries as well. Bottom line is there are a lot of people not using strength training as a form of conditioning but using strength training as a way to get bigger muscles.
Yep these guys should doing compound movements for strength development and plyometric movements for athleticism

Nah, fuck that hating ass rapist.

He wasn't even on the team like the Farve/Rodgers shit. Wasn't like this was 2012 or 2013 and the drafted Pickett.
if you watch the actual interview…its much less sinister than what they try to frame it as. Also, I respect him for saying it to that man face.

Yall should know better than to just read a quote and run with it

Lol. Just expand the damn roster

This rule is for the 0.001 Chance the first two get hurt.

It’s helps nothing.
Yeah its wild that they go into the season with 53 but only 48 dress. It might be 50 now cause of COVID.

Why not just dress all 53 its weird they don't

Thursday night football isn't going anywhere y'all get used to it

I think what folks have a problem with is the flexing.

It's not taking a Sunday 1pm game and moving it 4pm or Sunday Night/Monday Night football.

Telling a team that just played on Sunday and wasn't expecting to play Thursday, that they're playingThursday, is some fukd up shit. Especially if it's late in the season we're even the good teams are playing on 80% health.

i hear you but the league has to provide teams at least 28 days notice that their games are being flexed to thursday

i think that’s fair
