I liked it. I was, at first, thrown off by where the plot went after Dre visited Khalid. Which seemed to be an extension of her behavior in the club. I didn't expect a lot of her behavior, which seemed to be the case for everyone that interacted with her.
I wonder how far gone Dre was already when the show begins, as she was gone from the foster family for a while, yet was still seemed to have maintained a close relationship with Marissa. Yet the parents had no idea. Strange mystery in the plot, but I guess the writers are telling their interpretation of the story we get in episode 6.

What was your prediction?
I had a feeling that she was obsessed with her friend or the connection she had with her friend. I don’t believe she actually met Ni’Jah though. I think it was all a hallucination.
I don’t see how this can go another season.
