I know we need someone to put out the fire that we are in. I just don't know it would be him. Nothing will change unless we get new management. We have no plan on how to build the club up while some of the teams around us have some sort of plan .
I think he needs to take some time off and learn more of the coaching aspect of the game. He is not quick to make changes or subs. I hope he doesn't give up but at the same time, he has a lot more to learn.
He needs to learn how to set up defensively tho. So many 5-4, 4-3 Chelsea matches where we were on either end of the scoreline
