Man, Jay's death is so tragic. It's a huge what if for me. Legendary team, but he would've flourished as a singles star on the big stages too. He had IT imo. Smh

There’s a reason why AEW Dynamite didn’t include a bigger tribute to Briscoe. Per Wrestling Observer Radio’s Dave Meltzer, WarnerMedia would not allow it to happen:

Meltzer’s claim is consistent with rumorsfrom earlier this year that WarnerMedia would not allow AEW to put The Briscoes on television due to Jay Briscoe’s past homophobic tweets. Briscoe issued multiple apologies for those tweets. Meltzer adds that pretty much everybody in wrestling believes Briscoe was genuinely remorseful for his behavior and put in the time and effort to learn from his mistakes.
I figured that. They was lucky to get the graphic before the show. WB protecting Ezra Miller, but oh no to a tribute to a fallen peer. Smh

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Vince McMahon has reached a multi-million dollar settlement with former referee Rita Chatterton. Chatterton accused McMahon of raping her in 1986.

Chatteron and all victims of sexual abuse were given a window to sue their alleged attackers under a new law that went in place this month in the state of New York.

Chatterton was suing him for $11.75M in damages. McMahon agreed to pay her a lesser amount.

McMahon denies her allegations but said he "settled the case solely to avoid the cost of litigation" according his lawyer.

Yuo Warner Media been making sure they didnt get tv time as there was zero build for FTR vs Them earlier this year on AEW tv.

Rollins saying he wants to main event Mania probabaly means he hinting at the Cody v Rollins for the title on the opposite night of Rock vs Reigns if they do it. To me that would be tad bit of a let down.

Naomi, also known as Trinity Fatu, hasn't wrestled since May when she walked out of WWE Raw and was suspended. Fightful has learned a little bit more about her status and how things have went down.
Fightful sources have long claimed that not only was Naomi's contract close to expiring at the time of the walkout, but that both sides seemed excited to extend the deal.

Specifically Fightful was told that Naomi was likely headed for the biggest money contract of her career before things got derailed by the situation back in may that led to she and Sasha Banks walking out.

There were sources in the Fall who claimed that Trinity maintained positive contact with WWE, though we haven't been able to verify that, as it was kept close to the vest if so. In light of the Bloodline Acknowledgment Ceremony, many are asking about her status. One WWE higher up that we spoke to also claimed that there had been contact between the two sides, and that they're "confident" Naomi will be in WWE again. That higher up did not provide a timetable.
